Kids in the Park eNewsletter's Anti-spam Policy

The Kids in the Park eNewsletter has a no tolerance spam policy.   Any person found to be using eNewsletter for spam will be immediately cut-off from the e-mail distribution list. If you know of or suspect any violators, please notify us immediately at youth@grimsbybaptist.org

Every email contains a mandatory unsubscribe link that cannot be removed.

What is Spam?
Spam is unsolicited email also known as junk mail or UCE (Unsolicited Commercial Email). By sending email only to those who have requested to receive it, we are following accepted permission-based email guidelines.

How the Kids in the Park eNewsletter protects you from sending spam
eNewsletter is a permission-based email  tool that follows the strictest permission-based philosophies:

  • Verification - eNewsletter automatically sends all new subscribers an email confirming their interest in receiving emails from us. Additionally, if you unsubscribe, eNewsletter will send you an email confirmation that you have been removed from the e-mail list..

  • Unsubscription - Every email generated from eNewsletter contains an unsubscribe link which allows any subscriber to remove themselves from the list at any time without questions..

  • Contact Information - all of the emails are pre-filled with our contact information in order that you can reach us with your questions and concerns about the Kids in the Park E-Newsletter.
